An international company is seeking to recruit qualified and experienced professional to carry out the duties of the following person: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (One (1) Year Appointment).
The successful candidate will be responsible to perform Administrative and Office Support activities for Country Head, which may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, organizing events and filing.
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Possess an Undergraduate degree
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Administrative/Secretarial position
- Good in written and spoken English to work in an international/ multicultural organization
- Extensive Software skills
- Internet research capabilities
- Computer literate
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical examination, including an eye exam, by a licensed medical provider before beginning work.
