Producer
KLAS ESPN Sports FM89, Jamaica’s leading sports radio station, is seeking to identify a Producer.
Producer Job Purpose:
Provide quality sports information and production skills to the station’s on-air audience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Research sporting information for presenters
- Coordinate and execute a sports programme
- The ability to Anchor sportscasts
- Produce features
- Live reporting
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate should have at least five years experience in radio broadcasting production and knowledge of numerous sporting disciplines
- Tertiary level education
- Good research and writing skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to coordinate and execute a sports programme at an extremely high standard
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in overcoming problems and different personalities
