TeleComs Implementation Services Limited invites applications for the position of: Radio Frequency Engineer

General Requirements:

•        Planning and optimization of GSM, WCDMA (HSPA+) and LTE mobile radio networks

•        Drive testing and initial tuning of new sites

•        Benchmark drive testing and analysis of competitor networks

•        Site surveys and network audits of new and existing sites

•        Frequency planning, implementation and testing

Qualifications and Experience:

•        BSc. Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering

•        At least 3 years experience in Radio Planning and Optimisation of GSM, WCDMA (HSPA+) and LTE mobile radio networks.

•        Proficient in the use of TCPU or Atoll radio planning software, TEMS Investigation, TEMS Discovery and MapInfo

Other Skills/Abilities:

•        Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision

•        Very good inter-personal skills

•        Very good oral and written communication skills

•        Excellent computer skills including MS Office
