Member Services Agent

The ideal candidate must have:         

• Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification         
• At least two (2) years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry or Customer Service         
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills         
• Outstanding interpersonal skills        
• Highly developed analytical skills, with a keen eye for details,

Other requirements         

• The ability to work on own initiative, well developed decision making/conflict resolution skills,         
• Fluent in English and French written and oral comprehension would be an asset.         
• The ability to work well under pressure, always reflecting a great attitude towards difficult situations.         
• Excellent interpersonal skills, Customer service oriented.         
• Excellent teamwork
