The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant.
Key responsibility areas include team performance, increased sales and profitability, effective cost controls, employee development, training and retention of employees. The ideal person will work independently with little supervision. This person must be flexible, dependable, and be able to motivate staff. Also, this person must be able to communicate and act professionally at all times.
To be considered, you will have:
- Tertiary Level Training in Food Services or Hospitality Management
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong Leadership Skills
- At least 3 years’ experience in restaurant management
- An ability to lead and motivate teams and influence people
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, motivational, communication and organizational skills.
- An upbeat demeanor, with a sales-oriented personality.
- Sound Computer skills
