Biomedical Engineer required

A reputable diagnostic company is in need of a competent Biomedical Engineer.

The candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:-

•        Diploma in electromechanical/biomedical engineering from a recognized institution

•        A minimum of ten (10) years experience in the field of biomedical engineering

•        Broad based knowledge of biomedical equipment

•        Hands-on experience in the repair of CT, MRI, X-ray, Ultrasound, & Fluoroscopy machines

•        Familiarity with GE and Siemens equipment would be an asset

•        Any other combination of equivalent qualification and experience

The candidate should also possess the following skills:-

•        Good time management skills

•        Good communication skills both oral and written

•        Good interpersonal skills

•        Good analytical/Diagnosing skills

•        Competence in the use of electrical and mechanical tools of the trade

•        Computer literacy
