Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for achieving revenue goals by developing and executing sales and marketing plans, including building sales in new territories through in-person sales meetings and networking, marketing the entire restaurant and functioning as a public relations spokesperson to promote the restaurant locally and overseas.
Key responsibility areas include developing sales and marketing strategies and managing the execution of marketing campaigns. The ideal person will work independently with little supervision. This person must be innovative, analytical and have strong negotiating skills. Also, this person must be able to communicate and act professionally at all times.
To be considered, you will have:
- Master’s Degree in Marketing
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales & marketing with at least 3 years at a senior level
The ideal candidate will have:
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
- Interest in Brand strategy and passion for customer focus
- Experience with social networking tools
- Strong interpersonal, motivational and organizational skills.
- An ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams and build strong relationships
- Sound Computer skills
