Large Insurance Broker Requires the Services of an Employee Benefits Sales Executive
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Employee Benefits Sales Executive is accountable for the implementation and management of the Employee Benefits Department’s strategic objectives in order that the company achieves its mission and vision.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attract new Employee Benefits clients
- Respond to client queries regarding various matters including enrolment, termination as well as any benefit changes.
- Negotiate competitive terms and EB products with Insurers.
- Conduct presentations and participate in the development of Sales and Service activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate should have a sound knowledge of Group Life and Health Insurance, be educated to at least the Undergraduate level with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience and own and operate a reliable motor vehicle.
