BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICERS (MONTEGO BAY & KINGSTON)

First Global Bank a wholly owned subsidiary of GraceKennedy Limited would like to identify a suitably qualified individual with the right experience, attitude and energy level to fill the following position:- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICERS (MONTEGO BAY & KINGSTON)

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidates will be responsible for developing new relationships, selling deposits, lending products and other services of the Bank, servicing customers to ensure retention and referring business opportunities to other business entities within the Group.

In addition s/he will:          

• Promote sale of the Bankʼs products through frequent client meetings and discussions covering existing portfolio, account performance, new products.         
• Develop and implement plans to manage portfolios of personal and retail customers within an assigned market, focusing on increasing product penetration.

Ideally, candidates should have:         

• A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or related field         
• 3-5 years of commercial banking experience; experience in lending/credit writing would be an asset         
• A proven record of exceptional sales and the exercise of sound judgement (essential)

• Broad industry knowledge         
• Excellent Sales and Marketing skills         
• Superior analytical, verbal and presentation skills.         
• An achiever who exceeds sales and profitability goals while building and expanding business partnerships with valued customers         
• Must be customer-centric         
• Must own a reliable vehicle.
