DESCRIPTION &
CORE FUNCTIONS
•
Reports to the Technical Director and Director
•
Responsible for the management of all office
operations and staff
•
Schedule meetings with existing clients and seek
out new clients
•
Responsible for entering and preparing bids for
the procurement of computer equipment and accessories
•
Must possess a valid driver’s license
•
Other duties and projects as assigned by
directors
•
Preferably Female
EXPERIENCE
•
Must have knowledge of QuickBooks Accounting
Package
•
Must have accounting skills
•
Must have management experience (small business
would be an asset)
•
Experience with IT, computer parts and services
are not mandatory but would be an asset
