SENIOR IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT OFFICER - TASTEE LIMITED

TASTEE LIMITED is seeking to recruit an experienced and qualified individual to join its team in the following capacity and have direct report to the IT Manager at head office: SENIOR IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT OFFICER

Areas of Responsibility to include but not limited to:         

• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.        
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.        
• Assist employees with network systems and resolve these issues.         
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware or software faults.         
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.         
• Support the roll out of new applications.         
• Test and evaluate new technology.

Minimum Qualifications:         

• Degree in Information Technology         
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a similar capacity         
• Professional Certification in CISCO&CITRIX         
• Technical knowledge of use of the following but not limited to: SAGE ACCPAC, Windows Office Suite, Windows Server Environment, Desktop & Server virtualization, POS (Uniwell), Microsoft SQL server and Citrix environment

• Excellent organizational and coordinating skills         
• Good human relations and people management skills         
• Excellent trouble shooting and communication

Work Pressure:         

• Be flexible to travel to varying locations to resolve IT matters
