Distribution Executive

A reputable international company seeks to hire a pragmatic, energetic and highly motivated achiever to fill the position of Distribution Executive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following main accountabilities:

• Build and maintain relationship with Distributors
• Follow up of Key Performance Indicators & Sales Forecast
• Identify opportunities in the Distribution model
• Guarantee good execution in Point of Sales from the Sales Force
• Control Trade & Marketing activities

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Able to learn rapidly, curiosity motivates you
• Able to build and cultivate good relationships with internal and external contacts
• Able to identify possibilities, willing and ready to take risks
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English mandatory & Spanish desirable)
• Availability & disposition to be in the Field 40 to 60% of the time to monitor distribution & good sales execution
• Knowledge of and experience in Trade & Marketing strategies and Retail engagement
• Must have excellent Negotiation skills.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Industrial Engineering
• At least two (2) years sales and/or Trade marketing experience, preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Good Companies (FMCGs)
