Customer Service Representatives

Post to Post Betting Limited, the leading bookmaking company in Jamaica regulated by the Betting Gaming and Lotteries Commission is looking for suitable candidates to fill the positions of: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES Kingston and Montego Bay

Role and Responsibilities 
Under the supervision of the Operations Manager the Customer Service Representative will:
  • Maintain accurate record of transaction betting slips, and transaction reconciliations.
  • Maintain counter security according to shop rules.
  • Reconcile daily transactions.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Five CXCs including English Language and Mathematics.
  • Computer literacy and MS Office suite proficiency.
  • Experience in the Betting Gaming Industry is a plus.
  • Must be willing and able to work on shifts including weekends and public holidays
