Role and Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Operations Manager the Customer Service Representative will:

- Maintain accurate record of transaction betting slips, and transaction reconciliations.
- Maintain counter security according to shop rules.
- Reconcile daily transactions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Five CXCs including English Language and Mathematics.
- Computer literacy and MS Office suite proficiency.
- Experience in the Betting Gaming Industry is a plus.
- Must be willing and able to work on shifts including weekends and public holidays
