HR Business Partner

Applications are invited from qualified persons for the position of  HR Business Partner in the Human Resource Department.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:                                     
·         Assisting with administering and co-ordinating the functions of the Human Resources Department.                                     
·         Processing the assigned payroll and ensuring that the relevant records and system are updated.                           
·         Monitoring leave data to ensure compliance with the relevant policies.                                     
·         Assisting with administering the company’s wellness programme.                                     
·         Assisting with the administration of staff benefits.
·    Preparing salary deduction payments and annual returns. 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:                                     
·         At least a first degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management Studies or any other related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution.        
·      Sound knowledge of Human Resources Management practices and principles.                   
·         Sound knowledge of Payroll practices and procedures.                                     
·         Sound knowledge of local Labour Laws and Regulations.                                     
·         At least two (2) years’ experience in an equivalent position.                                     
·         Excellent communication and presentation skills.                                     
·         Excellent interpersonal skills.
