CONTINENTAL BAKING COMPANY LIMITED Requires the services of a dynamic and self motivated individual to fill the capacity of QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Develop, implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure that finished products meet the required quality.
- Develop, implement and monitor procedures to mitigate against process variation and to reduce losses due to such variations.
- Check and monitor quality control activities in the plant by reviewing all quality control check sheets daily.
- Ensure that the highest standard of GMP is observed by all.
- Conduct quality training for Quality Control Technicians.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHOULD:
- Possess a First Degree in Food Science/Food Chemistry.
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Expert knowledge of Total Quality Management in a production environment.
- Possess good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Be able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays, if necessary
- Have good leadership skills and must be able to command the respect of his/her peers and subordinates.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in baking along with technical training from AIB will be an added asset.
