Logistics Manager needed

Leading Beverage and Distribution Company seek qualified, focused and self-driven individual for the position of: LOGISTICS MANAGER

Description:                                     

·         Develop and manage a strong logistics team to ensure proper management of the department    Manage the company supply chain including purchasing, warehousing, inventory management                                 

·         Develop strong working relationship between departments to ensure smooth work flow                                   

·         Develop, implement and manage budgets, policies and cost containment/reduction strategies         

·         Fleet and Transportation management

Requirements:                     

                

·         A first Degree in Business or related discipline with at least five (5) years’ experience in production and logistics management.                                     

·         Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office                                     

·         Excellent leadership, communication and interactive skills                                     

·         Positive work ethic and team oriented                                     

·         Strong organizational and co-ordinational skills                                     

·         A quick thinker with an analytical mind
