THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHOULD:          

• Possess a First Degree in Food Science/Food Chemistry.
• Have a minimum of 3 years experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Expert knowledge of Total Quality Management in a production environment.
• Possess good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Be able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays, if necessary
• Have good leadership skills and must be able to command the respect of his/her peers and subordinates.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in baking along with technical training from AIB will be an added asset.
