MARKETING OFFICER

Manpower & Maintenance Services Limited a provider of Total Facility Maintenance Services 
(including Commercial Cleaning, Grounds & Landscaping & Pest Control) and Integrated Human 
Resources Solutions, operating Island wide is seeking to recruit a dynamic, proven, experienced 
individual to develop and lead a new department.

Reporting to the Deputy CEO / Business Development & Client Services, this professional Marketing Officer will be creative and innovative in developing Marketing Strategies in a fast paced Consumer Solutions segment of the group of Companies.

KEY DUTIES: 
  • Formation and implementation of Marketing plans and managing budgets across Strategic Business Units (SBUs); 
  • Project and Events Management for new services and product launch; 
  • Conduct and manage market research activities; 
  • Develop and manage the creation of advertising and marketing materials; 
  • Plan and execute all Media and Public Relations activities to include media interviews, writing speeches and public statements and media monitoring.
QULIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE 
  • Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations or related field;
  • 3 – 5 years experience in marketing or related field; 
  • Strong customer focus in the consumer service business environment; 
  • Excellent communication, customer relations and negotiation skills; 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with corporate clients and individuals at all levels; 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Meet a monthly quota as agreed.

Qualifications and Experience:

- At least three years University Education or Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales – preferably in the Merchandizing or in Media environment.
