Customer Service and Sales Executive

CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES EXECUTIVE

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in customer service (minimum 1 year)
  • Experience in sales/up-selling is a huge plus
  • High school level with CXC English. (College degree is a plus)
  • Comfortable in a dynamic changing environment
  • Excellent phone presence
  • Ability to think on your feet (critical)
  • Previous experience working with US based businesses (Is an advantage but not required)
  • Experience in lead generation a huge plus
  • Available to start immediately
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English at a professional level
  • Technical proficiency with web and cloud based applications
  • Type 40 WPM
  • MUST be willing to do overtime when required.
  • Must be able to work any shift given in 24/7 schedule.
  • Proven attendance record at previous employers
Compensation:
  • From $60,000 – $65,000 per month based on performance.
  • You will be able to earn bonus on a daily basis.
  • Bonus is available for employees of the month.
