CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES EXECUTIVE
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven track record of success in customer service (minimum 1 year)
- Experience in sales/up-selling is a huge plus
- High school level with CXC English. (College degree is a plus)
- Comfortable in a dynamic changing environment
- Excellent phone presence
- Ability to think on your feet (critical)
- Previous experience working with US based businesses (Is an advantage but not required)
- Experience in lead generation a huge plus
- Available to start immediately
- Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English at a professional level
- Technical proficiency with web and cloud based applications
- Type 40 WPM
- MUST be willing to do overtime when required.
- Must be able to work any shift given in 24/7 schedule.
- Proven attendance record at previous employers
Compensation:
- From $60,000 – $65,000 per month based on performance.
- You will be able to earn bonus on a daily basis.
- Bonus is available for employees of the month.
