Continental Baking Company Limited Invites Applications From Qualified Persons To Fill The Position Of Route Sales Supervisor
Core responsibilities include:
- Develop and nurture superior relationships with key accounts.
- Identify opportunities to grow sales, supported by a balance of strong market insight, pragmatism and commercial acumen.
- Compile and analyze sales data to prepare weekly sales reports and annual budgets and carry out routine reconciliation of route accounts.
- Monitor store operations and ensure adherence to pre-established merchandising standards, shelf space management and pull policy and rotation.
Candidates should have:
- At least a BSc in Business Administration or Marketing or related discipline
- Previous sales experience in the FMCG industry with a minimum of three (3) years experience in a supervisory capacity
- Track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent customer service skills and an engaging can-do-attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- A General Driver’s licence would be an asset
- The position calls for a highly motivated person of unquestionable integrity with a high level of initiative, excellent problem solving, decision-making and time management skills, a willingness and ability to learn and adapt to change and a willingness to work beyond normal operating hours to get the job done.
