Sales Manager

A growing Company in the Food Industry wants to hire a results-oriented, target-driven and honest Sales Manager to manage and grow the sales function.

Abilities, skills, experience:

• Should be smart, results-driven and dedicated.
• Should have at least 5 years’ experience in the sale and marketing of food products.
• Has in-depth knowledge of the grocery market in Jamaica.
• Has established relationships with businesses in the trade.
• Great customer service background.
• Level headed and ability to produce results based on targets set.
• Have a working vehicle.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
• Certificate or Degree in Sales and Marketing.
• Knowledge of the food and distribution industry.
• Track record of account management and achieving sales targets.
• Great relationship building skills.

Working conditions:

• Will be required to manage existing team and add to the pool of sales representatives.
• Compensation is attractive with quarterly bonus for achieving targets.
• Company is based in Kingston.
