Sales Manager Job Purpose:

• Increasing the sales of the Station on air products; meet and surpasses given quota’s which is set periodically.

Main Responsibilities:

• Meet a monthly quota 
• Give formal and informal presentations to the decision makers.
• Create Proposals to increase sales
• Build relationships with the sales and management team
• Meet all company Standards and Deadlines

Qualifications and Experience:

• Tertiary Education
• Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to motivate subordinates. 
• Strong interpersonal skills including relationship building talent. 
• A competitive nature with an outgoing, personable manner.
• Personal or professional experience in a competitive arena.
• General business acumen and solid math skills.
• Adaptability and flexibility in overcoming problems and different personalities.
• A goal orientation, motivation and the ability to achieve goals as the team leader.
• Organization and prioritization experience.
• Assertive, financially motivated individuals with a strong desire to succeed personally and
• professionally 
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Management – preferably in the Merchandizing or Media environment.
