Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be required to work closely with the credit and sales team.
Responsibilities:
• Developing, implementing and monitoring sales strategies to meet sales targets.
• Liaising with the sales, credit and marketing departments to achieve established objectives.
• Liaising with Branch Managers and Credit Officers island-wide to increase sales at the respective branches.
• Managing the company’s credit portfolio including the application, approval and disbursement processes.
• Developing and maintaining business relationships island-wide with clients and companies.
• Coordinate the rollout of new products and services to clients and companies.

Qualifications and Experience
• A B.Sc in Business Administration or other related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in Sales and Credit.
• Good knowledge of the microfinance industry.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
