A well established retailing organization with branches within the Corporate Area seeks to recruit a suitably qualified and dynamic individual for the position of: ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
Job Summary:
Assist with managing, coordinating and supervising the daily operations of the store and staff, to achieve continuous optimum productivity and customer service levels. Participate and assist in the development of, and enforcement of company policies, procedures and systems.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in management studies or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years work experience in a supervisory capacity
• Previous retailing experience will be an asset

• Performance driven and customer oriented
• Ability to motivate, train and supervise staff
