- Degree in Food Service Management/Hospitality and Tourism Management/Food and Beverage Management
- Knowledge of H.A.A.C.P
- COMPETENCIES
- Excellent analytical skills
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of personal initiative, integrity and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Proficiency in operations/retail management
Cashiers/Line Servers/Bakers/Line Cooks/Handy Men:
- High School graduate/CAP Programme
- Certified by HEART Trust NTA in the following:
- Food & Beverage Service
- Customer Service
- Commercial Food Preparation
