Customer Service Manager

Successful candidates should have:

·         A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or Diploma

·         At least 5 years of experience in customer service

·         Developed problem solving skills sufficient to analyze opportunities for efficiency and resolve relatively complex issues related to customer service and staff

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·         Owns a reliable motor vehicle
