The Inventory & Data Entry Officer is directly responsible for data entry of production, inventory and quality & food safety information into their respective databases, compiling all relevant data into KPI analysis workbooks, generating reports and completing inventory costing reports for finished products and incoming raw materials.
Key Competencies and Special Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree/ Associate Degree/Diploma in Business Administration from a reputable institution
• 3-5 years related experience in a food production facility
• Inventory materials management, goods receiving, inventory control or general warehousing experience
• Awareness of food safety, quality and Good Manufacturing Practices
• Superior data entry skills
• Working knowledge of warehouse and inventory control policies and procedures
• Working knowledge of the SAP Business 1 system and the ability to update this software regularly and accurately
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Mathematical reasoning and aptitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
• Excellent problem solving and analysis skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
• Good presentation, reporting and analysis proficiency
