Duties
• Responsible for the marketing and selling of the company’s loan products. It is also expected that the incumbent will and develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Underwrite micro loan applications and manage a successful loan portfolio.
• Meet set targets through continuous direct marketing and other promotional activities.
• Manage loan portfolio

Qualifications:
• Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or other relevant field
• 2-3 years’ experience in microfinance or loan underwriting
• Sale and Marketing oriented
• Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills
• Good analytical, planning and problem solving skills
• Results oriented with the ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Applicants MUST own and operate a reliable motor vehicle
• Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or other relevant field
