SALES REPRESENTATIVES
These individuals will report to the Sales Manager and will be asked to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create new business and sales for Peak Bottling as the opportunity arises;
- Ensure that Sales Targets or Customer Base targets are met
- Ensure schedules and deadlines given by Marketing & Sales Supervisor are adhered to;
- Provide supervision and guidance to merchandisers;
- Co-ordinate with the Customer Service Team to document and add new accounts to the route system;
- Co-ordinate with the Customer Service Team to follow-up with existing customers that have not yet placed orders to ensure that they are serviced regularly and efficiently;
- Inform customers of new products, services and price changes as they occur;
- Co-ordinate with the Customer Service Team to inform customers when a delivery has been interrupted and when it will be made;
- Record customer complaints and pass on information to Marketing & Sales Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Certificate in Marketing and or Business Administration.
- Candidates must be a tenacious hunter focused on acquiring and closing accounts.
- Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Internet applications
