Excelsior Community College Invites Applications From Suitably Qualified Persons to Fill the Following Position:- Customer Service Officer Student Affairs
The successful candidate will be required to lead the Customer Service team by providing exemplary front line customer service and enrolment management services to potential and current students of the College.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- First Degree in Computer Studies, Business Administration or related discipline.
- At least two years experience in a customer service oriented environment
- Knowledge of the programmes of the Community Colleges would be an asset.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Competency with the Microsoft Suite
- Good time management skills
- Flexibility to operate in a changing environment
