Couples Resorts seeks a qualified applicant to fill the position of: Duty/Environmental Manager
- Interested applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must possess from a reputable Institution a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Hotel Management
- Have excellent time management, outstanding human relations and problem solving Skills.
- Have a minimum of Three (3) years' experience in a Management or similar position in the Hospitality Industry
- Have the ability to implement and manage environmental targets and inspire staff/guest awareness and participation
- Be aware of environmental and safety best practices and be able to train and impart knowledge in this field to the staff body.
- Be innovative, creative and have a "hands on" approach to Management. Must be able to "think on one's feet."
- Be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be flexible.
- Be able to communicate well at all levels
- Be able to handle guest/employee issues effectively and efficiently.
- Must be computer literate
