The Board of Management invites applications for the post of: SENIOR SECRETARY (OPS/SS3)
JOB SUMMARY
The successful applicant will report directly to Principal, keep and maintain Staff personal records take and prepare Board minutes. Provide information to support decision making by the Ministry of Education, and the School's Board of Management and basic telephone operating duties.
REQUIREMENTS
- Thorough knowledge of Secretarial duties.
- Strong grasp of word processing software applications.
- Four (4) CSEC subjects including English Language and Information Technology
- CPS, with two (2) years experience, or
- Minutes writing and Shorthand writing
Competencies and Specialized Techniques:
- Written and oral communication
- Good command of the English Language
- Excellent interpersonal skills
