TRANSACTIONS EPINS LIMITED is seeking an experienced Channel Supervisor who will be responsible for driving the performance of individuals and sales teams to achieve established revenue channel targets and service delivery standards.
The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical skills and must be able to drive individual and team performance to achieve established channel targets and service delivery standards. He/she should also possess high professional standards, a mature work attitude and excellent supervisory and customer service skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Responsible for the attainment of sales & KPI targets in the sales channels in accordance with budgeted objectives.
- Provide direction to Channel Executives in order to achieve their performance objectives.
- Conduct portfolio analysis of the sales channels to measure performance, identify trends and execute tactical activities.
- Identify opportunities in the channel to improve reach and KPI performance.
- Review data and prepare reporting to guide decision making and report channel performance.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the management of Transactions E-Pins Limited.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Undergraduate degree (B.Sc., BA) in Business Administration or similar discipline.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in supervising Sales or Service teams in the Telecommunication, Distribution or
- FMCG industries is required. KNOWLEDGE,
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite: Word, Excel & PowerPoint (Strong Microsoft excel skills).
- Ability to prepare & deliver presentations with PowerPoint and reports using Excel.
- Excellent supervisory and customer service skills
- A self-starter who can motivate and guide others.
- Understanding of account management in a B2B sales organization.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must own and operate a reliable, roadworthy motor vehicle.
- The nature of the role requires that you be available outside of normal working hours.
- Willing to travel for work across the island.
