Position Summary
The incumbent will receive, respond to and provide resolutions on IT equipment (desktop, laptop, printers, network equipment etc.). The incumbent will assist and provide support to the Network Administrator, under direction from management and/or with support and assistance from peers.
Educational Qualifications:
- Diploma in Information & Communication Technology
- Network + and A+ Certifications Requirements/Technical Competence:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience working as a Computer Technician
- Exceptionally good communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work unusual hours and travel island wide when required
