Manpower & Maintenance Services Limited requires a Client Service Representative - Grounds & Landscaping

Manpower & Maintenance Services Limited a provider of Total Facility Maintenance Services (including Commercial Cleaning, Grounds & Landscaping & Pest Control) and Integrated Human Resources Solutions, operating Island wide is seeking to recruit a dynamic, proven experienced individual for this position.

Reporting to the Deputy CEO, the incumbent will have responsibility for ensuring efficient delivery of services at the designated client locations to ensure that quality control standards are consistently met in line with the Company’s policies and guidelines. 

KEY DUTIES:

• Manage supplies, equipment and labour on a cost effective basis according to contract specifications; 
• Maintain direct contact with clients which involves travel and observational tour of locations; 
• Assist in administering all contract activities to include start-ups, orientation, training of workers and acquisition of resources; 
• Enforce quality assurance and cost control measures by monitoring and measuring contract performance and taking prompt corrective measures where necessary.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 3 -5 years experience in Agriculture/Horticulture/ Landscaping. 
• Tertiary qualification in Agriculture/Horticulture/ Landscaping. 
• NVQ-J Certificate or completed courses in Landscape Planning and Design from a recognized institution. 
• Knowledge of ornamental plants & trees, soils, fertilizers, horticulture, lawn and garden care. 
• Pest control and product awareness. 
• Must have a valid commercial Driver’s License and excellent driving record. 
• Owning a motor vehicle will definitely be an asset.
