Scope

• The branch manager’s charge will be to lead the team in our Western Jamaica Branch by networking, seeking new business and maintaining our current clients’ relationships.
• Responsibility for sales, marketing, relationship building new business development
• Retention of our current portfolio 
• Plan and implement sales, marketing and communication strategies 
• Managing the branch and promoting training and development of staff Competences 
• Networking 
• Strong client relations skills 
• Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate 
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills 
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in print 
• Great leadership qualities

Qualifications & Experiences

• If you have the communication methods, the selling skills and the promotional acumen to influence and recognizes opportunities and local challenges, then you are the candidate we are seeking to impact results. If you possess these skills, we are willing to train and develop your expertise in insurance principles and practices 
• Insurance sales and experience along with licence would be a plus 
• Education at a Tertiary Level/Degree in business or finance. 
• 5-7 years’ experience in sales and marketing 
• Strong computer literacy
