Scope of responsibilities:
- Overseeing operations on a shift basis
- Ensuring high guest service and food quality standards are met
- Effectively leading kitchen and service teams
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a similar position
- Experience in full service/high volume atmosphere
- Food handlers permit
- Ability to work on weekends and special occasions
