Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidates will be responsible for identifying and soliciting sales prospects from various sources including by cold calls, mailings and phone contact in order to meet the profit and volume goals specified in our strategic business plans.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
The job will include attaining sales goals while maintaining effective budgetary controls of sales expenses.
Developing key industry relationships, and promotion of the company’s brand equity

QUALIFICATIONS:
- The successful candidate should possess an undergraduate degree in Management or a related business discipline.
- A minimum of three industry related experience (General Insurance or Employee Benefits) is preferred, however the industry related experience is not a pre-requisite.
