Key responsibilities and skills include:

• Supervising, planning, organizing and controlling the Production and its operations 
• Being familiar with all aspects of Plant Operations, including Quality Control, Equipment
• Maintenance and Production Schedule.

The ideal candidate should possess: 

• Training in food technology would be an asset 
• A First Degree in Production & Operation Management and/or Certification in Baking Technology 
• Certification in Supervisory Management 
• A minimum of three (3) years experience working in a manufacturing environment. 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills 
• Proficiency in the usage of Microsoft Word and Excel 
• Knowledge and usage of Accpac Software would be an asset 
• Leadership and motivational skills
• The successful candidate will be required to work on weekends and on shifts
