The Tryall Club invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of: Food & Beverage Service Manager
Organizational Competencies Required:
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and possesses the ability to work well with a dynamic, customer-focused team. The incumbent will be responsible to supervise all Food & Beverage Service outlets at the Club and will be required to maintain a high standard of service quality.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of food, beverage and formal dining service
- Strong administrative, supervisory, budgeting, cost control and inventory skills
- Very strong member and guest service focus
- Demonstrated abilities to lead, motivate, and train staff to exceed required standards
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Effective organizing and time management skills
- Knowledge of Point of Sale
- High level of computer literacy
Education and Experience:
- Degree /Diploma in Food & Beverage Management or Equivalent
- Minimum of five year’s experience at supervisory/management level in food & beverage service (must include bartending)
