KEY COMPETENCIES
- BSc in Food Technology or related Sciences
- Sound knowledge of Quality Management Systems
- Three (3) years’ experience in a Quality Management position
- Excellent analytical & problem solving ability
- Excellent leadership & planning skills
- Proficiency in the use of the computer & software applications for research, data gathering, statistical analysis, report preparation presentation and communication
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Sound knowledge of Food Processing
- Disciplined & organized approach to work
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all the Quality and related Regulatory Standards
- Training and development of the quality team
- Maintenance of Quality System (FSSC22000)
- Maintain product quality and safety
